Administration - The following screen displays the main JUMPWARE functions that an authorized user can access from any POS station or the back-office computer. Each button leads to a set of useful features that significantly speed up, facilitate, and streamline point-of-sale and restaurant management operations.  The green section (middle) enables you to easily and quickly set up your point-of-sale and view related reports.  

POS Station Setup - JUMPWARE gives you the flexibility to set up various POS stations according to their specific functions. So whether you want your drive-thru cashiers to be able to identify customers by vehicle type and color; do pizza delivery and want to identify call-in customers by phone numbers, display their order history and address information;  have a fine-dining establishment and want to see the floor plan; or have a gift shop within your restaurant establishment, JUMPWARE allows you to configure each POS station just the right way, easily and quickly.

Edit Menu Categories - JUMPWARE enables you to add, change, delete menu categories (combos, appetizers...) on the fly.

Edit Menu Item Modifiers - JUMPWARE enables you to price, select, add, change, and delete mandatory or optional modifiers ( flavor, sides, extras...) of each menu item on the fly.  

Review Menu Pricing - this screen is a great tool enabling you to review your profit margins. It allows you to analyze your menu prices against your costs and highlights the items that are priced below the desired mark-up level.  You can use this screen to make price adjustments and meet your profit margin goals.

Pricing Specials - Using the screen below, you can quickly and easily set up as many as 10 different prices for each of your menu items. So, whether you are running a Tuesday early-bird special, a Monday-Friday happy hour, or a Sunday night football extravaganza, JUMPWARE will automatically adjust your pricing.   

Scheduling Specials - Using the screen below, you can quickly schedule, review, and modify your specials.   JUMPWARE enables you to schedule menu pricing specials in 15-minute increments allowing you to "overflow" start and end times and ensure that "your watch always agrees with your customer's watch".

Set-up Discounts - JUMPWARE gives you great flexibility to easily set up many types of discounts for your customers.  Whether you offer percentage-based discounts on select items to employees, police officers, and firemen; accept coupons; or allow your managers to discount items, JUMPWARE will ensure pricing accuracy and record and report all entered discounts for your review.

Set-up Allowable Deletes - Similarly, you can specify allowable types of deletes an authorized manager or server can apply to an order.  JUMPWARE will record and report every entered deletion for your future review.

Menu Item Modifiers - Mandatory, if any, and optional modifiers are displayed clearly on the same screen allowing your cashiers to pick them quickly and accurately.  This not only ensures that every modified item is prepared and priced appropriately but also encourages your cashiers to up-sell by offering modifiers that increase the ordered item price (e.g. "Would you like jalapenos on your Hungr-Buster?") Floor Plan - With JUMPWARE, your servers, expos, hostesses, and managers have a real-time view of the status of every table in every section and room in your restaurant. The example screen below shows a patio floor plan with three tables occupied (tables "patio 52", "patio 53", and "Cottage") .  Table "Cottage" is served by Scott, has four people seated and has been occupied for 8 minutes since the order was taken.  The birthday cake symbol shows that a person at this table is celebrating a birthday and therefore requires appropriate attention.  The check symbol at table "patio 53" signifies that a check was delivered to the table for payment. 

Edit Floor Plan - Need to combine tables for a large party? Need to add a room or rearrange tables in a section? JUMPWARE allows you to do so on-the-fly by using the screen below.   

New Order  - JUMPWARE Table Service order screen enables your servers to very quickly enter and customize ordered items and view them by amount totals, course numbers, and seat numbers.   On the kitchen printer, JUMPWARE prints by course only the items to be prepared in the kitchen. On the expo printer, items are printed by seat number enabling the expo to deliver the right items to the right seat.  On the bar printer, only the beverage items are printed.  On the salad prep station, only the salads are printed, and so on. 

Checks can be split easily in various ways to accommodate different payment arrangements and can transferred from one table to another as needed. Buttons for menu items that have "count down" activated, show availability in real time; the ones highlighted in red are out of stock and cannot be ordered.

In short, JUMPWARE gives your servers, expos, bartenders, and kitchen the optimal flexibility to take, prepare, serve the order, and close the check with ease and without ambiguity.  

Order Preview  - This screen maximizes order accuracy by allowing your servers to preview the complete order prior to sending it.
